Executive Training

SNI arranges training to officials and executives on a case by case and availability basis.

Typically, the client will be confronting, anticipating or be planning for a significant change event, which can range from a policy change to a restructuring to a negotiation scenario to a shift in culture.The SNI team member(s) will then customize the training delivery in dialogue with the participant(s) in the agreed programme. Means employed will vary but can include individual and/or group seminars, role-playing exercises and negotiation simulations, formal classroom training, and online delivery relying on available or custom video and other material.

SNI Executive Training is managed by and all its services are performed by ITSS Ltd under its sole responsibility towards the client.
