(2) Take down policy. If you believe any item on this site infringes copyright, please contact us giving details. We will comply with justified claims.

(3) GDPR. Systemics Network International is committed to maintaining personal data it obtains in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. This site has been designed so that no identifying personal data is collected. When you contact SNI, collection and processing of personal data protected under the GDPR may be required. On contact, you will therefore be advised of the applicable privacy policy and asked for the specific types of consent required before personal data is collected and processed.

(4) ePrivacy. No cookies are generated by this site and no use is made of any information sent by a connecting computer system of any kind including devices such as tablets and smartphones. Any memorization of site addresses is thus a function of your own browser and therefore you agree to take the necessary action to remove any such data your device as desired.

(5) Disclaimer. No liability is accepted for the content of this site, which is purely advisory and promotional and does not form part of any pre-contractual step at law. It is further reaffirmed that responsibility for entering contractual relations in regard to a project approved by SNI rests with International Telecommunications and Space Systems Ltd (ITSS) or, in some cases, another entity.
